Expressions
This stone panel explores human emotion through abstract form and contrasting materials. Inspired by raw facial expressions, it uses black and white stones to represent dualities joy and sorrow, calm and chaos, presence and absence. Two textures strengthen this narrative: a linear finish that suggests clarity and openness, and a rough surface that conveys depth and tension.
Together, they express the layered nature of human experience.A striking red fabricated detail, inspired by eyeglasses, punctuates the composition. It acts as a symbolic lens, representing that reality is shaped not only by what we see, but by how we interpret it.
Ripples of Forest
This stone mural, designed for the Grava Stone Showroom, explores the perceived rigidity of stone by expressing softness, movement, and fluidity. Inspired by the memory of rain in a forest, the composition translates nature through varied stone treatments.
A curved green marble backdrop forms the forest, its gentle flow creating depth and movement. Suspended black stone droplets in a polished finish represent falling rain, layered across the space to evoke rhythm and motion. At the base, ripple-carved black stone captures the moment rain meets water.
Through texture, finish, and form, the mural highlights the versatility of stone. It creates a calming, immersive experience while showcasing how stone can be transformed into expressive, dynamic, and intricate artistic compositions.

Coalescence - Interwoven Energies
Coalescence is a stone bench shaped by the quiet interweaving of energies. Though carved from a solid material, its form reflects the fluid memory of woven ropes rhythmic, soft, and gently unfolding. Subtle undulations across the surface suggest movement, as if stone has absorbed the act of weaving and made it permanent.
Two contrasting natures meet here: the grounded stillness of stone and the light, flowing rhythm of rope. Rather than opposing each other, they merge into a continuous dialogue where strength and softness coexist.
The bench blurs material boundaries, expressing how rigid matter can embody movement and life. Coalescence becomes a reflection of harmony where opposing forces come together to create a form that feels both stable and alive.
Fragmented Thoughts
This artwork explores the chaos of the human mind in contemporary life, a constant flow of thoughts, emotions, and inner conflicts. The dynamic background, composed of small stone chips, reflects this restlessness through movement and layered complexity.
At the centre, a cluster of expressive faces represents shared human identity, capturing a range of emotions from calm to conflict. Inspired by The Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh, the composition reinterprets swirling forms as a metaphorical landscape of the mind.
Using Indian stone in a fluid, painterly manner, the piece transforms a rigid material into an expressive medium. Its monochromatic palette relies on texture and craftsmanship, inviting viewers to find beauty, rhythm, and connection within chaos.

Quarried Chronicals
Stone is the earth’s most patient witness, holding the memory of time. This mural translates that memory into a narrative carved within the material itself.
The journey begins at the quarry, where raw extraction marks the first dialogue with the land. It then flows into patterns of farmlands, rivers, and forests, tracing the rhythm of the landscape. These natural forms transition into the bold silhouettes of forts symbolizing human intervention within a vast terrain.
Despite refinement, each surface retains the essence of its origin.
Stone endures beyond time, unlike transient materials. This artwork becomes a quiet signature, an expression of human presence
reminding us that we are not separate from the land, but deeply rooted within its enduring, mineral history.
